LEGAL PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy policy
Effective November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Lux Claims (“we”, “us”) collects through luxclaims.com, how we use it and who we share it with. If you have a question about it, write to [email protected] or call (305) 400-1035.
What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we receive what you enter:
- Property owners: your name, phone number, email address, the type of damage, the date of loss and anything you write about what happened.
- Contractors: your name, company, phone number and email address, your client’s name, the property’s city or ZIP code, the type of damage and anything you write about the job.
What your browser sends. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also runs a security check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) to tell people from automated spam. That check uses technical signals from your browser and is not used to advertise to you.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a consultation.
- To evaluate, prepare and handle your insurance claim if you hire us.
- To contact you about your request or claim by phone, text message or email.
- To keep the records Florida law requires public adjusters to keep, and to meet other legal obligations.
- To protect this site and our forms from spam and abuse.
Calls, texts and emails
When you send a form you agree that Lux Claims may call, text or email you about your request at the number and address you gave, including by automated means. Your consent is not a condition of hiring us. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing you by writing to [email protected].
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With the services that run this site and our office: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Supabase (secure storage of form submissions), Resend (delivery of form notifications to our office) and Google Workspace (our email). They process it for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
- With people involved in your claim, such as your insurance company and its adjusters, contractors, engineers or appraisers, when you hire us or ask us to.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a subpoena or a request from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and handle your claim, and for as long as Florida law requires us to keep claim records. Information about requests that do not become a claim is deleted when we no longer need it.
How we protect it
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Only Lux Claims staff can see them. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent through this site by writing to [email protected]. We may need to keep some information when the law requires it.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
